أعلنت خلية الإعلام الأمني، اليوم الاثنين، عن نشرها مفارز مدنية في النوادي الليلية لمراقبة الضباط والعاملين بالسلك الأمني والعسكري. وقد لفتت الخلية إلى أن نشر اليوميات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من قبل الضباط والمنتسبين ممنوع وقد يعرضهم إلى عقوبات عسكرية. وكما تحدث الخلية عن 4 جهات استخباراتية مسؤولة عن أمن الوثائق الأمنية والعسكرية من بينها مديرية أمن الحشد، مشيرة إلى أن عقوبة تسريب الوثائق تصل إلى الإعدام.
وفي حديث متلفز متابع من قناة “ايرث نيوز”، صرح الناطق الرسمي باسم خلية الإعلام الأمني، العميد يحيى الخفاجي، أن الحكومة والقيادات الأمنية والعسكرية اتخذت إجراءات صارمة للحد من تسريب الوثائق الرسمية في وسائل الإعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وأكد الخفاجي أن تسريب الوثائق يعتبر مساساً بالأمن القومي للبلد، حيث يمكن أن تصل العقوبات إلى الإعدام في حال كان التسريب يشكل ضرراً على الأمن القومي للبلد. ولفت الخفاجي إلى أن أي وثيقة تسرب وتقرأ بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يتشكل على إثرها فوراً مجلس تحقيقي، ويبدأ التحقيق من كاتب الوثيقة إلى آخر شخص استلمها.
وأضاف العميد الخفاجي أن وزارة الدفاع أنشأت مؤخراً مديرية الأمن السيبراني، وهذه المديرية ستحد من تسريب المعلومات والوثائق التي تمس أمن الوطن. وأشار إلى أن “أي ضابط يحال لمجلس تحقيقي تتوقف ترقيته على أقل تقدير عاماً كاملاً”، وتابع أن “الضابط الذين يشارك يومياته عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حتى وأن كان بالزي المدني لكن المتابعين يعلمون انه ضابط، يتم محاسبته”. وأكد أيضا أنه “يمنع على أي ضابط أو منتسب وحتى الموظف في الوزارات الأمنية من مشاركة يومياته عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي”.

Furthermore, the spokesman of the security media cell, Brigadier Yahya Al-Khafaji, stated that the government and security and military leadership have taken strict measures to prevent the leakage of official documents in the media and social media. He stressed that leaking documents is considered a violation of the national security of the country and the penalties could include execution if the leak poses a threat to the national security. Al-Khafaji also mentioned that any document that leaks and is read on social media will immediately result in an investigative committee being formed, and the investigation will start from the author of the document to the last person who received it.
Brigadier Al-Khafaji also revealed that the Ministry of Defense has recently established the Directorate of Cybersecurity, aimed at preventing the leakage of information and documents that affect national security. He explained that the promotion of any officer referred to the investigative committee will be stopped for at least a full year. He also said that officers who share their daily routines on social media, even if they are in civilian attire, will be held accountable. Officers, affiliates, and even employees in security ministries are prohibited from sharing their daily routines on social media platforms.
